Oh the delightful tastes of African cuisines from all over the continent. Having only had the experience of tasting dishes from the countries of West Africa, I am hooked. I would choose African dishes over any other part of the world because they are more than likely absolutely delicious.
Maybe I tasted the food of a great chef or cook? True. However, so far, there’s never been a dull moment from the African kitchen.
Therefore, as I try and mix something up for myself one day, here are some books that I think to check out for great African dishes…and maybe you should, too.
