Tom Ilube Launches The African Speculative Fiction Society

It goes without saying that there are brilliant speculative fiction stories written by people of color, specifically Africans.  This is the reason why established businessman Tom Ilube not only founded The African Speculative Fiction Society but contributed four years worth of the prize money for those writers who win from the four categories of best novel, novella, short story and graphic novel, all of which will be speculative.
