Princeton To Honor Author Toni Morrison by the Naming of Morrison Hall

Author Toni Morrison, who has won both the Pulitzer Prize and became the first African American woman to win the Novel Prize in Literature, will have Princeton’s West College named in her honor as Morrison Hall. The name change will take place officially on July 1st.

Besides being the well-known “Beloved” author, Toni Morrison is also a professor, having taught at Princeton University in humanities and African American Studies.
